For Beaver County court records, start with the Beaver County Courthouse, 810 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. The main courthouse phone is 724-728-5700, and regular county hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The same courthouse address is the mailing address for the court offices listed below unless an office gives different instructions.

  • Civil Court of Common Pleas case files: contact the Beaver County Prothonotary, Jodi Jones, at 724-770-4570 for civil filings, divorce decrees, custody records, judgments, liens, and civil appeals
  • Criminal Court of Common Pleas case files: contact the Beaver County Clerk of Courts, Judy R. Enslen, at 724-770-4590 or jenslen@beavercountypa.gov for criminal dockets, bail, fines, costs, restitution, and expungement processing
  • Magisterial District Court records: use the relevant Court of Common Pleas and Magisterial District Court channels, including Beaver County's Court Records Manager request process when a public UJS docket is not enough
