Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania gives the public access to many court records through the Unified Judicial System, local court offices, and public-records rules such as the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. 67.101 et seq., plus UJS public records policies and Rule 509 for court financial records. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Prothonotary handles civil filings, the Clerk of Courts handles criminal matters, and the Register of Wills / Clerk of Orphans' Court handles probate, estate, adoption indexing, and marriage-license records. The Sheriff handles Common Pleas bench warrants, courthouse security, civil process, and prisoner transport. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for each of these Beaver County offices into one place.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
